Hi there,
I hope you’re having a great week so far.
This little update is landing in your inbox just as the Avion crew wraps up its annual brand strategy getaway – in balmy Brisbane, no less.
We know as well as any small business does, it can be so easy to get caught up in delivering client work that working on your own brand strategy becomes a second thought. You’re busy working on what you’re best at, running your business, which can mean your content and branding strategy doesn’t get the attention it needs. That’s where many businesses call on us to create their content strategy and plan for them!
For the same reason, we’re deliberate about prioritising time to focus on our own brand. That’s why, once a year, we go away together to spend a few days deep diving into our strategies, processes, and how we can better deliver results to our clients.
This year is no exception.
This past week, the Avion crew has been set up on a beautiful winery in Brisbane working on important business stuff, like:
- Developing our 2019 content plan
- Refreshing our social media strategy
- Reviewing and improving our processes
- Planning exciting new ideas and initiatives.
This has been a wonderful opportunity to reflect on what’s been going well for us, to ensure we’re keeping our brand strategy fresh, and to connect as a team. It’s helped us remember what we’re passionate about, and explore how we can inject more of that into our business.
Until next time,
Steph & the Avion team
P.S. Speaking of passions… in case you hadn’t noticed, we’re sort of into emerging tech. Natalie presented at the DM Forum last week on content, chatbots and voice command devices. So, here are some wonderful AI-related content tips and tricks – enjoy!
