This year, we’ve been working closely with the e-commerce team at Suncorp Insurance on a number of exciting projects across the Suncorp brands. We recently got to see our work come to life in a real world setting – last month Suncorp opened the doors to its flagship concept store in Carindale, QLD.
The store is the second iteration of its kind – version 1.0 opened in Parramatta (NSW) in 2016 – and it reimagines the traditional banking customer experience, taking a modern retailer-inspired approach, with a host of exciting new features, including the Discovery Tool 2.0. This interactive, self-service tool allows customers to discover products, services and tips relevant to what they need. The response so far has been extremely positive.
The Discovery Tool 2.0 was unveiled at the recent Suncorp ‘Investor’s Day’ (pictured). We can’t wait to see the development of this and other exciting Suncorp projects!
